Worth knowing about Regina Hotel Suites
Resort Tax
The prices are exclusive of € 4.00 resort tax per person and night (from November 2023).
Children and adolescents up to 15 years of age are exempt from the resort tax.
Check-in & check-out
Upon arrival, the rooms & suites are available from 3:00 pm. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room or suite by 11:00 am. We are happy to offer late check-outs on request and for an additional charge. In order to shorten your waiting time on the day of departure, please settle the hotel bill in cash, with Maestro card or credit card (VISA or Mastercard) the evening prior to your departure. Thank you!

The entire restaurant is a non-smoking area, as are the hotel lobby and the hotel rooms and suites.

Breakfast times, hotel bar & restaurant
Unforgettable days at the Regina start with a rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. Our hotel bar is open for you daily from 12:00 am to 11:00 pm. For culinary journeys through the Ötztal and the world, our à la carte restaurant in Sölden offers you a varied selection of exclusive gourmet dishes. From 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm we look forward to spoiling you with our small afternoon menu with hot and cold dishes in our lobby or hotel bar. From 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm we serve our à la carte dishes, accompanied by fine wines, in the DAS 1960 restaurant. Wednesdays are closed in our restaurant.
Dress code
Out of consideration for other hotel guests, please avoid wearing bathrobe or swimwear in the hotel lobby, restaurant and hotel bar. Thank you for your understanding!

Favorite appointments & cancellations
We are happy to fulfill your individual appointment requests for beauty and massage treatments and recommend that you make a binding reservation already when you book your room. To reserve your appointments, you can reach us personally at +43 5254 2301 73 or by email office@hotel-regina.com.
If you are unable to keep one of your appointments, we kindly ask you to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise 80% of the treatment price will be charged. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

- Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to access the sauna area.
Dress code & treatments
We kindly ask you to undress down to your underpants for the massages, cosmetic treatments and body treatments and to come to the spa reception already in your bathrobe, which is available in your room. In case of special treatments, we will inform you in advance about the individual dress code. Disposable underpants are at your free disposal. Of course, we preserve your privacy at all times and create a pleasant atmosphere in which you may enjoy being covered with linen and towels during all treatments.
