Check-in & Check-out
On arrival, your rooms will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. onwards. On departure, we kindly request that you leave the room by 11:00 a.m. Late check outs are also available on request and for an extra charge. We request that you pay your hotel bill on the evening before your departure, in cash, by debit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

Smoking
The entire restaurant is a no-smoking zone, as are the hotel lobby and the hotel rooms. Guests are very welcome to smoke in our “Regina´s Smokers Corner”.
Internet connection
Free WIFI throughout the entire hotel. You can get your password directly at reception.
Dogs
We are sorry, but dogs are not permitted in the entire hotel.
Breakfast buffet
Daily from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.
You can book our new rooms with or without breakfast!
Dinner
For dinner, we would be happy to reserve a table in our à-la-carte restaurant.
Hotel bar
Our hotel bar is open daily from noon to midnight.
Out of consideration for other guests, it is prohibited to be in the lobby in a bathrobe or bathing costume.

We will gladly fulfil your individual requirements with regard to appointments, and we recommend that you arrange these on a binding basis when you make

We make every effort to fit in with your requirements.
If you are not able to keep any of your appointments, we ask that you cancel not later than 24 hours beforehand. If you do not cancel in a timely manner, 80% of the treatment price will be charged. We thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter and for being reliable about keeping your appointments.
We respectfully request that for massages, cosmetic treatment and body applications you remove all clothing except for your panties and come to the Spa Reception in the bathrobe which is provided for you in your room.
For special treatments, we will inform you in advance concerning the individual clothing code. Single-use panties are freely available.
Naturally we respect your privacy at all times, and during all treatments you will be covered with sheets and towels.
