At a fall height of 159 m, this is the tallest waterfall in Tyrol

The Horlachbach stream cascades down 159 metres into the valley  over two steep cliffs, with spray splashing skywards for a height of many metres. These clouds of fine water particles are also responsible for the name of this magnificent natural feature: "Stuibenfall" (Dust Falls). The fine dust-like clouds of spray enchant the visitors with their natural, refreshing effect, and are also good for your health.

A unique Alpine flora adds a serious atmosphere  to the Stuibenfall and on sunny days a large rainbow often adds a bright highlight of colours.

Particularly well worth seeing: the natural stone bridge over the rushing mountain stream.

For the whole family

Lots of fun for children

In the KIDS PARK, located right next to the local swimming pool, the "little miners" can let off steam at the "Iron and Mallet Swing" or "Gold Scales See-Saw" or go on a journey of discovery at the "Gold Prospectors Site".

There is also plenty to discover in the climbing labyrinth. Somewhat braver miners can cross the "Miners' Bridge" to reach an area where there are a few surprises waiting even for some young-at-heart adults: After the brave explorers have used the high tube slide to get down at speed from the old shaft tower, the winding wheel swing will really turn things round.

There are also spectacular wobbly walks, balancing beams, a cable ride and a hand-over-hand rope to discover, before the adventurers retire to the cosy fireplace to gather strength for more exciting new adventures.
