Conditions for booking and cancellations as stipulated in the Austrian Hotel Regulations:
Cancellation of an accommodation agreement: Up to three months before the stated date of arrival either parthy
may cancel the accomodation agreement by notifying the other in writing. No cancellations fee is payable in this
case. Up to one month before the stated date of arrival either party may cancel the accomodation agreement by
notifying the other in writing, but in this case a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of three day’s accommodation
is payable. The district court of Silz, Tirol, has ecxlusive jurisdiction for all legal actions referring to this contract.
